REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how digital template purchases from Memplates.Co work, including eligibility, downloads, and support. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products

Memplates.Co sells digital Canva templates delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Once a template has been purchased and access has been granted, the product is considered delivered.

Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned or revoked after delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. This policy is standard for digital download products.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds will be issued for unused days within that period. Upon cancellation, access to subscription templates will be revoked. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.

Exceptions

We will gladly assist you and may offer a replacement or refund if you receive the wrong product, the file is corrupted or inaccessible, or there is a technical issue preventing access. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Before Purchasing

Unauthorised Sharing

All templates are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of template links or files is strictly prohibited.
