How do I access my template after purchase?
After purchase, you will receive a PDF download containing your Canva template link. Click the link to open your editable template in Canva and begin customizing.
Do I need Canva Pro to edit the template?
No. All Memplates templates are fully editable using Canva’s free version. Canva Pro is not required.
Can you edit the template for me?
All Memplates designs are self-editable Canva templates. Customers personalize their own invitations, programs, and stationery directly in Canva.
Can I change text, colors, and photos?
Yes. All text, fonts, colors, and photos can be edited in Canva to suit your event or occasion.
Can I buy individual templates separately?
Yes! All Memplates templates are available to purchase individually so you only pay for what you need.
Do you offer a bundle?
Yes! You can purchase all 5 template types together as a Full Suite and save 25% compared to buying them individually. The bundle includes our A5 funeral program, mobile program, email and mobile invite, and A1 memorial poster — everything you need in one place.
Is this a physical product?
No. All Memplates products are digital templates. No physical items are shipped..
Do you offer printing services?
Printing services are not provided. After editing your template, you may download a print-ready file and print with your preferred printer or share digitally.
I’ve never used Canva before. Can I still edit this?
Yes! Canva is beginner-friendly and easy to use. Each purchase includes a step-by-step editing guide to help you customize your template. Canva also has a built-in AI assistant to help you along the way if you ever get stuck.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of templates, refunds or exchanges are not available once files have been accessed.
How long does it take to receive my template after purchase?
Your template is delivered instantly! As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link containing your Canva template link. No waiting required.
I haven’t received my PDF download — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at support@memplates.co and we’ll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Can I use the template for more than one event or person?
Each template is yours to use and edit as many times as you need within 120 days of purchase. We recommend completing your customisation within that window to ensure your link remains active.
Can I resell or share the template with others?
Memplates designs are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed. However, you’re welcome to use your template as many times as you need for your own personal use within the 120-day access period.

Can a funeral home use one subscription across multiple branches?
Each branch requires its own subscription. However, we offer a discounted rate for funeral homes with 3 or more branches, saving you 15% per branch. Contact us to set up a multi-branch account.
What’s included in a funeral home subscription?
Your subscription gives you full access to all template types – A5 funeral programmes, mobile programmes, email and mobile invites, and A1 memorial posters. New templates are added regularly at no extra cost, and you can edit and personalise as many times as you need.
Is there a lock-in contract for funeral home subscriptions?
No. You can cancel anytime — no lock-in, no penalties.
Do you have an affiliate programme for funeral homes?
Yes! If you’re not ready to subscribe, you can refer another funeral home and earn 20% of their monthly subscription for as long as they remain a customer — that’s R139.80 per referral every month.
